Beacon Find App

Locate Bluetooth phones, earbuds, headsets, watches, tags and other devices you may have misplaced by determining distance and direction to recover them.

The app listens for broadcasts, measures how strong each one is, and describes the approximate distance — updating as you move — so you can follow it to the source.

To estimate direction from one location start a sweep and turn slowly on the spot and the app will show you the rough direction of the device.

It obviously cannot find a device that is switched off, out of battery, or not broadcasting. Bluetooth range is tens of metres, so this covers a room or two rather than a building.
